Wondering What to Donate?
We always appreciate cash to pay for our insurance, rent, etc.
Sorry we have run out of room for donated bicycles…
Currently we are not accepting bicycle donations due to space availability. Other community bike shops and co-ops that could use your gently used bike are:

Old bikes cluttering up your garage/basement/yard?
We accept donations of gently used bicycles, bicycle parts, tools, and accessories. We’ll also take financial contributions to support the expenses of our programs and our insurance. Did you know it takes around $20 in materials to tune up a bicycle?
We need bikes that are in good condition and can be fixed up with a little TLC! We serve youth ages 8-18 and adults, which means our ideal bicycles have wheel sizes of 20”, 24”, 26”, 27”, and 700c.
We prefer bike shop brands like: Cannondale, Diamond Back,Fuji, Gary Fischer, GT, Haro, Iron Horse, Kona, Marin, Panasonic, Peugeot,Raleigh, Schwinn, Specialized, Trek, and Univega. We can reuse parts from damaged frames if it is a quality bike, or replace missing/damaged components.
However if it looks like a coral reef, or is more rust than metal, we can’t use it. We do have access to a recycler and would be happy to recycle it on your behalf for a price of $5.00.
When it comes to bike parts, accessories and clothing, we are able to make use of many of your donations. Bike parts should be intact and include all necessary nuts and bolts, but we gladly accept high quality components in any condition. Gently used parts are great: brakes and brake levers, derailleurs and shifters, cranks and pedals, and seats/saddles.
Accessories should be in good working condition: lights, cyclometers (computers) with wiring and magnets, water bottle holders and water bottles, bike racks and baskets, saddle bags, panniers, air pumps, and tools.
If you’re not sure about your donation, please call or stop by. Chances are, we can use it!
Because we are a registered 501(c)3, your in-kind donations are also tax-deductible.
